Elon Musk is the only one who has the potential to impress the world with his imaginative designs. The billionaire revealed that he is constructing a new city in Texas named Starbase, which will be located near his company’s rocket launch site.
Musk, who is known for making a buzz in a few sentences, announced on Twitter that he is “creating the city of Starbase, Texas.”
Later, he pointed to his project to colonize Mars, implying that Starbase was just the beginning of his plans. “From there to Mars. And hence the Stars ” explained Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

Elon Musk revealed some of the features of his new city, including the fact that it would be dog-friendly. He also hinted that “the Doge” will be in control, which could be translated in two ways.
On the one side, it’s a link to the Doges, who ruled Venice and Genoa in the past. He may also be referring to Dogecoin, the cryptocurrency based on the ‘Cheems’ meme, which Musk has consistently advocated.
The 49-year-old billionaire is focused on making Texas his primary operating base. SpaceX has a rocket test facility in McGregor with plans to construct a production plant in Austin, in addition to its launch site in Boca Chica. Tesla revealed in July 2020 that the new gigafactory will be located south of Austin.
Musk announced in December that he would be relocating from California to Texas and that he would be selling off all of his Los Angeles assets to fund his Mars colonization mission.
